建筑创新为城市改造提供可持续发展环境

2016年天津国际设计周实验班参与成员有CISI，意大利校际联盟，那不勒斯费德里克二氏大学，以及萨萨里大学，那不勒斯东方大学，南开大学，天津大学，以及天津美术学院。

2016天津国际设计周实验班将以焕新城市公共空间为目的，采用细致而带强烈情感色彩的设计。提议的方法考虑了两个主要方面：1）利用对人和环境表达敬意的规划对策；2）为提升城市的文化和经济而创造城市空间。TDW016_WS源自文化社区理念，像构思一块集中了文化设施、活动和资产的城市地区一样对其进行构思，目的在于刺激参与者的创造力，促进在未来可持续的创新活动，为艺术和文化培育支持性环境。

每个工作小组主要通过视觉方式识别和描述天津市张兴庄的新型解决方案。这一文件必须要与中国社会正在发生的变化相关，通过合成的和个人的方式展示重度城市化地区（例如天津）发生的变化。每个工作小组，学生在老师的帮助下，要对天津张兴庄这个繁荣不再的工业区提出改造计划。这一区域位于地铁3号线和5号线（正在建设中）的节点上，在张兴庄地铁站的南面。这一区域的西面和北面分别是曙光路和爱贤道，北面是迎贤道，迎贤道北面是一条货运铁路。在这个区域周围有一些生活区。把个人的愿景和为当代的创新过程（同时利用当代的创新过程）设计一个解决方案结合起来的方式是要围绕着张兴庄想象如何进行创造。这一个案史，正如其关注点一样，会为其文化区域之外的市场和消费创造出产品，创造出令人敬畏的文化氛围，例如设计街区、艺术街区、时尚街区，更为通俗的说法就是创意街区。

Building creative atmospheres for sustainability in city renewal

The CISI, Sino Italian Inter University Consortium, the University of Naples Federico II, in collaboration with the University of Sassari, the University of Naples l’Orientale, the Nankai University, the Tianjin University and the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, organized the 3rd edition of TDW_WS2016. 

The TDW_WS2016, Tianjin International Design Week Workshop 2016,  addressed the issue of renewal urban public space using emotional and careful design. The proposed approach has considered two main aspects: 1) the use of planning solutions respectful of the people and the environment; 2) the creation of urban spaces for the cultural and economical promotion of the city.

Starting from the idea of cultural district, conceived like an urban area that has a concentration of cultural facilities, activities and assets, TDW016_WS wanted: to stimulate the creativity of the participants, to promote innovation actions for a sustainable future, to foster a supportive environment for arts and culture.

The students took part in one of eight groups and each working group has identified and described through a predominantly visual approach, new solutionsfor Zhangxinzhuang Area District (张兴庄) in the city of Tianjin.

Each working group, students helping by teachers, proposed a renewal project for Zhangxinzhuang Area District (张兴庄) an industrial and degraded area of Tianjin.
