通过对新型材料和形状的研究,青史留名的意式家具的外形脱胎于对新审美的持续探索。随着时间的流逝,脱开外形,这些意式家具在文化上也对家具的历史产生了深远的影响,甚至于改变了人们对现代家居的想法以及生活方式。“未来即现在”展览内部的“过去就是现在”家居展分为B馆的二层和三层两部分,展示了马尔科·扎努索设计的夫人扶手椅、吉奥·蓬蒂的超软椅、维科·马吉斯特雷蒂的维顿桌,以及其它意大利制造标志性的顶级家具,这些都是依照着当代家居的新场景设计出来的
那些在多季节通用的家具,其设计和制造的目的就是为了灵活适应不同的室内陈设。
此外,了解现在,不仅仅是一把解读尘封历史的钥匙,同时更能引发人们对不久的将来潜在发展的联想
新与旧的对话、历史与当代创新的对话创造了一个机会,通过一系列现实痕迹的物品来讲述手工艺与设计的统一。正是这种完美搭配让意式生活方式闻名于世。

The historic furniture of Italian design, whose forms were born of the constant search for a new vision through the study of innovative figures and materials, has produced over time a strong cultural impact on the history of the furniture, and even changed our way of thinking and living in modern houses.
The installation, "The past is now", which is divided into two sections on the first and second floor of Pavilion B inside the exhibition "The future is now", presents the Lady's armchair of Marco Zanuso, Super-soft chair of Gio Ponti, the Vidun table of Vico Magistretti and other historic furniture, icon of made in Italy, according to the new scenarios of the contemporary era.
The furniture that flexibly fits into different domestic landscapes is pretty versatile beyond the seasons of taste, for which it was designed and manufactured.
Once again, the awareness of the present not only becomes the key to interpret history in the past, but also allows us to imagine at the same time a possible development of the future to come.
The dialogue between the new and the ancient, between the history and the creativity of our time, has become an opportunity to tell, through a series of still life from the actual sign, the combination of handwork and design that has made the Italian way of life famous in the world.
